In the end of the visit in Rostov-on-Don on the occasion of State Council, the 30th of June Vladimir Putin has visited the agricultural exhibition «Russian Field Day-2007». During this excursion, the President of Russia has personally tested new harvester  ACROS 530 and has approved this new machine of Rostselmach.

The exhibition — demonstration «Russian Field Day-2007»" will be open today in Rostov region. However, in fact this exhibition begun its work the 30th of June, during the visit of the official delegation headed by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Leaders of constituent territories of federation, State Council participants together with the Minister of Agriculture of Russia Alexey Gordeev also could be acquainted with scientific and technological advances. In June, 30th, Minister has presented the exhibit exposition to the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Vladimir Putin was particularly interested by new machines. For the first time the Rostselmach company has presented on its exposition six modern machines at once. The President paid attention for new line of harvest machinery of Rostselmach and, having noticed the open door of harvester ACROS 530, has mounted into the machine and has travelled some meters. In reply to journalist’s questions, whether he has liked to be at the wheel of harvester, Vladimir Putin raised his thumb with decisive approval, and in the course of talk with the company management said: «Today, harvesters for Russia are not less important, that rockets».
