XVI International Agroindustrial Forum “Yugagro-2009” was held in the Exibition Center “KrasnodarExpo” from 17th to 20th of November. Rostselmash was awarded six Diplomas for designing, producing and entering into the market of high-performance energy-efficient and resource-saving machinery. The jury highly appreciated rotor combine TORUM 740, tractor VERSATILE 400, self-propelled harvesting unit ES 1 and forage equipment. Rostselmash exposition was visited by Alexander Tkachev, Governor of the Krasnodar region.

The company presents a large-scale exposition consisting of 14 modern agricultural units: grain and forage combines, tractors Buhler VERSATILE, towed and mounted forage machinery. Main exhibit was rotor combine TORUM 740 which Attracted several thousand forum guests including chief executives of the Krasnodar region.

Alexander Tkachev, Governor of the Krasnodar region, paid special attention to the new grain harvesting machine of the company. He attentively listened to the information about design advantages of the rotor combine, about its distinctions from foreign analogues and was curious about price and payback period. While discussing supply of modern harvesting machines to Kuban landowners Alexander Tkachev expressed satisfaction with the fact that the Krasnodar region was among the Russian regions leading in purchase volumes of machinery, which in it own turn confirms great capabilities of the region’s agroindustrial complex. Besides, systematic renewal of the technical fleet is a guarantee of success in the future. Thus, its first harvesting season TORUM finished with amazing results. Almost 6000 tons were harvested by the new rotor machine. Kuban landowners make purchase orders for the next year. 

Mikhail Ostrovskiy, Rostselmash Director of Regional Development, paid Alexander Tkachev’s attention to production range of tractors Buhler VERSATILE 335 and 375 which completely meet the requirements of Kuban farms. Also Rostselmash is capable o satisfying Kuban growing demand for more powerful machinery: company’s production range includes tractor Buhler VERSATILE 435. Ostrovskiy drew Alexander Tkachev’s attention to high performance of Canadian tractors which are capable of working up to 200 ha. per day and to the fact that tractors are assembled on Rostselmash production site which in its own turn means considerable fund-saving for ultimate buyers.
