Last year we bought two «Don-680» and liked them very much. This year we have bought two more. The new machines have already worked this season. Very well. We loaded on «Kamaz» about 10 tons in 7 minutes. There were no breakages. The result was about 12 thousand tons per machine. We are going to buy the fifth «Don-680».

We bought «Don-680» in July of 2003. We had two»�S�», and we had not time to prepare them for operation. On the field «Don-680» has proved to be three times better than «KSK». Don has operated without breakages, in two months it harvested 10 thousand tons of silage and 3 thousand tons of haylage. The service has been carried out by the specialists from Kiev, they have come to provide the maintenance operations».

«Because of the drought the yield was low. Properly speaking, «Don-680» often ran idle because of underloading. And however, its output was 7060 tons of green mass — twice above than average one on «�S�-100». Therewith, the cut is very fine, which improves the compacting and increases the silage quality. And as to mechanical availability of this harvester, we are grateful to the director of the service centre of CJSC «IPK» Leonid Viktorovich Losev. The engine failure occured. Immediately he found the reason of the oil’s heating. The necessary valve was delivered from the plant by air — and the harvester continued to operate. In fact, «Don-680» operated all the season without shutdown. For comparison, I can say: in my table I have a pile of reports of machinery aftersales service by other suppliers. Unfortunately, they do not accomplish their warranties, as they have no such a service, as that of created by the food corporation».

«We have recently bought five harvesters «Don-680» through the Irkutsk Food Corporation. These machines have harvested a quinary mixture for haylage in four our branches — «Petrovsky», «Cheremkhovsky», «Sibir» and «Khaytinsky». I think, without the new machines we would not cope with a forage harvesting. These are very reliable machines — no mistake! I regret that we have not bought at once in sets the headers — corn tall-stalked. This oversight should be corrected to the next harvest period. What else can I say? Last year we bought «Don-680», there were many discussions on the subject: to buy or not. And then we regretted that had not bought two machines. The harvester began to operate at the end of August — the beginning of September. For that moment 4»KSK» had already operated. «Don» during the rest of the season fulfiled the task and overtook four «KSK» on output. Besides, after «Don-680» in the truck there is one ton more of the chopped mass than after «KSK». It’s possible to calculate, how forage is low in cost.
