The Rostselmash company aspires to organize its work in such a way, that wherever your harvester operated, during the season you could have a qualified assistance in 24 hours.

A recipe for a successful harvesting campaign is the trouble-free machinery operation just in this period. To reduce the repair time of machinery, in 2002 «Rostselmash» began the adoption of the service program «Spare part on the field in 24 hours». We studied the operational experience of such companies as DHL, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and already in 2002 this program was successfully introduced, in pilot form, in some regions of Russia. At present it works in all territory of Russia, in Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

The Rostselmash Company guarantees that during 24 hours after your address to our certified service centre, we will deliver the spare part and remedy the trouble, if disassembling of principal units is not necessary. For example, foreign companies guarantee only that during 8 hours after your address to a service centre, the service manager will come to carry out test operations and localization of faults.

Continuous monitoring work of our machinery operation, harvester operators and mechanizers opinion concerning its maintenance have allowed to prepare and to equip a service car, the availability of which is an obligatory condition for a certified service centre, with all needed outfit to provide an urgent repair.

Today more than 60 service cars already operate in 6 countries. And at this moment, we have received from certified service centres above 20 applications for fitting out of such cars.
